Today is Father's Day and I wouldn't expect it to go any differently than it has. Matthew and I went to his Uncle John's house and hung out with his family. My dad went out to western MA to spend time with my sister. He took my brother and the dog. I was supposed to cook a special dinner for him tonight. He asked to reschedule so it would fit into his busy life. Is this something other than the norm?
A perk, I bought Cooking Mama Cook Off today, used. It was fairly inexpensive and I'm trying to make the best of my evening in the house. Trying to stay optimistic is getting overwhelming though. It's affecting those of us in the house who have a pre-existing condition.
P.S., we should hang out sometime. I heard it again today.
