where have all the ravers gone?
so lastnight was soul grabber, the most looked forward to event of the year, besides maybe new years. it ment a lot to me and. . well. . it was a slight disapointment. i had been looking forward to this for months and i made a real kickass costume for it(rainbow G.I.Joe, haha lol). i wanted so much for this party to be what it was last year. but there were too many things missing and too many people missing. it seemed that everyone else had better things to do for halloween.
i had a hard time getting into the party. it just wasnt the same without the old crew. i just kept thinking about laycee, heather, liz, alex, nate, myrah, david and ricky and what it used to be like when we were all in the same room, on the same night, dancin our asses off till the break of dawn, having the most kickass time and bullsh*tting about the party together over the weeks to come. i realy miss that. im just a lil too sentamentle i guess. it looks like everyone else is moving on, i should probably do the same. humm. . . . im rambling and being way too sappy.
there were a few things that made the night not so bad; alex won the costume contest and got the $200 cash prize, myrah came up and suprised me(i freeked out) and said that she just got home a week ago, zach-l spun an amazing set which made everything a lot better, everyones costumes were great and i got to see some friends that i hadnt seen in quite a while.
after the party was over i went straight home. i then took a nice long shower and went to bed. i was too tired for any afterparties and had to try to get a few hours of sleep before i had to be to work.
