Hi Guys,
I recently joined The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training program I have signed up to participate in the in the Mossman Triathlon June 2007. In dedicating myself to completing this task, I have offered my time and commitment to helping raise money for the Society's mission. All members of the society must raise 2500$ by May 17, 2007. So far I only raised 743$.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's mission is to find a cure for blood related cancers and to improve the quality of life for patients and their families. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. The Society is a non profit organization that relies on the generosity of individuals and corporate contributions to advance it's mission. Team In Training is the Society's signature fundraising campaign. It features people who have been blessed with good health participating in endurance events that symbolize the fight of those who have been affected by the disease. I am proud to be someone to take part in such a worthy cause.
I am writing this to request your generosity in supporting this cause and the cause of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. All your donations are promised to go to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's mission. These donations will go to much needed research, patient services and professional education. All donations are tax exempt. The society can also provide a receipt if you donate with a check.You can also donate via my website where the receipt is sent to you electronically.
