No Baby Yet!
Four (4) days until Gabriel is due.
I think that the pregnancy is finally getting to her. Roulette is ready to have this baby... She's been an inspiration. She's spent much of the last nine months fairly sick, most nights unable to sleep for more than an hour or two at a time, and has hardly missed an hour of work that wasn't for a doctor's appointment... and she works six days a week! And she's hardly complained about any of it... I don't think I could possibly admire her more at this point. Not for what she's going through, but for how she's handled it. All so she can have my baby.
That's humbling.
She's obviously ready to be done with it. The past few weeks have been harder than ever. She's been pretty certain that he'd be arriving early, but with only a few days left it seems a bit less likely. We shall see. I think we're ready...
As ready as we can be, anyway.
Played a 12-hour game of Civilization Saturday night. I set up the game board a little before 8PM... and I claimed a victory around 8 o'clock the next morning. I still can't believe I managed to stay up all night...
