As someone who has read both fics, I have to say that I think it's very clear you are being purposely disengenuous about this. There's no way you could have coincidentally thought up not only the exact same scenario but the exact same scene order and the exact same dialogue - down to identical syntax and sentence structure.
To compare a few examples:
The original: "Though, if you're feeling generous, Shindou, those don't have to be mutually exclusive."
Your version: "And if you're feeling generous, Potter, they don't have to be mutually exclusive."
The original: "So, better than last time?" he asks.
Touya draws a steadying breath and fixes his tie. "An improvement," he allows, tone disdainful,
The original: Shindou can never, ever tease Touya for making noise again, because he realizes that the keening noise is coming from him, and he's pushing back now, desperate for more Touya's clever, clever tongue.
Your version: A desperate keening sound emerged from the back of Harry's throat as he pushed back desperately, begging for more of that clever tongue inside him.
The original: "One thing," he says, moaning as he works his hand faster.

Ok, I am not going to start anything messy, especially not on someone else's journal, but I need to say this, especially because it seems to bother you(as well it should): my friend helped me write this fic. I've just finished yelling at her on the phone, and she admitted to me that she did it because she didn't think anyone would notice, and she wanted 'in' on it(she's the only one in my circle of friends who doesn't write, you see). I've contacted Hoyden personally to apologise to her directly and ask her if she wanted me to redirect people to her fic after I delete mine(which I already did), and she said no. You can imagine I feel bad enough that someone I considered a good friend would cheat someone off their work like that(especially something as personal as writing), let alone drag me along unawares and make me believe it all came from her. I detest plagiarism, and the thought that I've been an unwitting part of it sickens me. I'm having a hard time coming to terms with this new side of a very old friend, and am seriously considering terminating our friendship, this is how serious I am about plagiarism and honesty. Lack of knowledge doesn't excuse me being a part of this, I know, but Hoyden did, directly. Please leave me to deal with this mess on my own and make my apologies properly, instead of chastising me like a schoolchild. Thank you.
