Distinguishing Characteristics: Grey eyes and a lanyard with a small MP3 player on it around his neck. Earphones are attached, but since Snivy do not have ears, he will never be able to wear them properly. Poor thing.
Explanation: Both of them are seen as small and thin. Snivy and Minato both often have looks of indifference on their faces and both remain calm and collected and don't panic.

Personality: Minato looks and plays the part of a loner quite well. His posture is terrible, he's generally quiet, and he keeps to himself. At times, he appears cold and often seems like he's off in his own little world. And while all of these are a part of who he is, on the other side of the spectrum, he is a person who loves people and loves life. Minato is incredibly friendly and polite, he simply sometimes doesn't appear to be that way due to the fact that he prefers to let people come to him rather than the other way around. Often, the people who do are the ones he finds most interesting.
He is always willing to listen to someone and offer his own opinion when he feels it's appropriate. At times, he can fail as a friend by choosing to spare someone's feelings rather than try to discourage them from doing, saying, or thinking foolish things.
Minato doesn't like talking about his parents very much due to the fact that he is an orphan and his memories of them are hazy at best. What he does like talking about are things that people would consider "philosophical" or "deep." He likes to talk about life and ask questions that have no real answers. Minato is interested in what makes people act the way they do and discussions like these offer him valuable insight into a person's psyche.
Minato is responsible, willing and able to take charge of situations when necessary. He stays level headed, mostly for the benefit of himself and others so mass panic doesn't erupt in times of crisis. However, he's also extremely lazy and tries to make free time whenever he can. He can often be found napping and is sometimes reluctant to get up or move, even if it would be in his best interests to do so. However, this tends to come from genuine fatigue rather than his laziness. The strange blend of traits he possesses have led many to call him quirky, but also charming in his own, strange way.

Third Person:
In some ways, it was kind of the same. Venturing into an ever changing landscape, fighting off enemies, and looking around for a lost soul or seeing what was hidden away in the nooks and crannies. Minato felt a sense of familiarity. It was like when he and his friends would go trawling through Tartarus. But instead of a single dark, forboding tower with twisted images and pools of blood, there were things like open grassy meadows and beautiful forests.
Minato was used to fighting too, though in this new body and form, it was very different. He didn't have Personae to fall back on, to be able to shift and change his powers at will. No, now he had only what this serpentine body had to offer and to be fair, it offered quite a bit. He ducked a swipe from the claws of a huge bear-like creature and jumped backwards before it could strike again. Leaping up into the air, he spun around and the winds picked up leaves from the nearby trees. Once he had gathered enough, he sent them straight at the bear, their edges now sharp as blades. The bear roared and ran away.
It was amazing, what the creatures of this world could do.
Landing on the ground, Minato gasped for breath. He was warned against using that kind of attack...Leaf Storm, it was called. It was powerful, but indeed, exhausting to perform. But he wasn't so tired to put on a small smile and turn his attention to the bushes.
"You can come out now, it's safe," and he was relieved to see a tiny dog creature emerge from them. "Let's go back, your mother is worried about you."
