Unstoppable

They kept saying the train was a character and I really did feel that... But not in an anvil, over the top way.  It was a good balance.

So... I know we're supposed to feel sympathy for a guy who can't see his son, can't go home, and risks his life to save his hometown.  But honestly?  Jealousy to that extent??? Not. Cool.  And while I enjoyed the ogling of the Pine, I wasn't really thrilled his wife went back to that character.

Also, I couldn't stop giggling because everytime Denzel Washington talked I couldn't help but think of the SNL parody.  That was way more spot on than I realized!

And, in my final serious critique, I wish they had explained about the track curve earlier, because for a whole 40 mins or so, I kept wondering, "what the hell is the big deal if the train keeps going?" And then, oh... Right. Physics. Okay then.

All in all, definitely not the worst money I've spent on a movie I saw to ogle an actor.  I rather enjoyed myself.

run this bitch down, good movies open with shirtless pine, chris pine
