School
Had the introduction-to-school stuff today. It's kinda wild doing this at my age. But they did a good job of hooking me in the welcome stuff, and making me feel a little less like "Ack! I don't know how to do anything!"
The instructors seem super-psyched about it, and I've already gotten my first homework: An article on Magic: The Gathering. The very idea reminds me of the old saw that when you're doing work you love, it doesn't seem like work. Reading an article on a game does not seem like work to me. At least, yet.
For the first time I am feeling more like 'this was a good idea' than 'what have i gotten myself into?' That's gotta be good.
