People like web-based applications for e-mail and chatting, social networking, sharing photos, lots of things.... but i don't know if people will be happy about using web-based word processors and other applications that depend on server-side storage, the phobia being "what if there is a problem with the Internet and I have no way to access my paper (multimedia presentation, spreadsheet)?" But who knows, I guess.
