It really does sound good... but I would probably leave out the chipolte.

It's for giving it a smoky flavor since I'm not using pork. It worked pretty well, though it also prolongs the spicy feeling on your tongue.

Spicy is good. Louisiana hot sauce is REALLY good. :o)
