British Airways expanded use of their chatbots i guess in order to relieve call centres. if only they were useful. it does not understand "special assistance" (and thinks i cannot check in because i did not provide advanced passenger information); it does not understand "disability" and thinks i want to make a complaint. it does not even understand the word YES. PS i needed to add special assistance for my mom on her flight. finally reached a person and solved the issue.
