i've been searching for that drama once i found that anime in my previous post
here i can conclude that, sasuke sarutobi (koga-clan ninja) is a young boy being trained ninjutsu and become one of the Sanada Ten Braves, a legendary group of ten ninja that supposedly assisted Sanada Yukimura at the battles of Osaka Castle during the Sengoku period, and he is one of the best known among the Ten Braves. It is also said that he supposedly died in the Summer Campaign of the Siege of Osaka.
his characters are fictional yet becoming the based of many ninja animes and TV series
i have found a lot such as
I am Sasuke/Sasuki aka the wonder ninja boy
Uchiha Sasuke characters are said to be named after Sasuke Sarutobi
Samurai Deeper Kyo also has Sasuke Sarutobi char
shonen sarutobi sasuke
as for movies

Ibun sarutobi sasuke
Sarutobi Sasuke Yami no Gundan
sarutobi sasuke - the jumping monkey - this is the one come close with the TV series
the actors are tagawa yosuke and mayo kawasaki
