Less than 24-hours left...
Tomorrow morning I'm heading home. No more college until August.
I'm done with everything I need to do.
And I don't quite know what to do with myself. Everything feels so weird... My room's all packed up and white and empty again, just like it was in the beginning of the semester. *sigh* I'm probably going to cry tomorrow morning and wake everyone up and hug them.
I want to go home. I really do - it's time. But I love it here, and I love the people and the feeling I get when I walk into the lounge, full of people, and can plop down on a couch and just be with everyone. I won't have that for another four months, and even then, it won't ever be quite the same again.
I'm going to miss it a lot.
Even though I'm sure next year will be a blast, I'm getting a bit nostalgic over everything...
*sigh*
Good news: Won a award for FYI (First Year Initiative) writing. $100 is always nice to have given to you for a research paper you had to do anyhow. :) It felt pretty good to walk up there and be handed a check and shake every body's hand. I think I'm going to work hard so I can have that happen again... (grins).
