3D Eye Excercises - WOW!

I spend a lot of hours working on computers in small offices, and only get hours (sometimes less than 1 hour) every week outdoors, so my vision takes a beating. I do regular eye exercises to help me out. They do help re-sharpen my vision, and help reduce eyestrain during the day. They aren't anything fancy - Just practice focusing on a nearby object, and then a faraway object, and repeat. I'm also very good at long-distance viewing, past objects (I imagine an object 100 yards away, and force my eyes to diverge as much as possible).

I'm 20/15 in my left eye, but only 20/20 in my right eye (on bad days, my right eye can get to 20/25). With a few minutes of eye-exercises, I can force my right eye to 20/20 on a bad day and 20/15 on a good day. When I have the condo to myself (because even I'm to self-conscious to wear an eyepatch around others), I'll wear an eyepatch over my left eye to give my right eye a little more of a workout.

These tricks work pretty good, but I just tried "3D Stareogram" exercises. They use those manipulated stereo images to help focus cross-eye and parallel viewing. With their help, I was able to get a much broader range with my eyes, focus them longer, and got much more profound effects. After a only a few minutes of focus, I easily got my right eye to 20/15. My left eye could read the 20/10 line on the Snellen chart (a freebie I got at a tradeshow), though not clear enough to say 20/10. Still, I'm impressed at how well the 3D Eye Exercises worked.
