New DST Start & End Dates No Problem!

Well, that was suprisingly painless. I just had to configure our two servers to recognize the new starting and end dates for daylight savings time using TZEDIT.EXE, and everything was good. They synced up with the NIST NNTP servers, via the NIST Internet Time Service app, without any problems, and all the workstations in the network happily accepted the new time when they booted up and autoexeced NET TIME /SET with the main server. They're still configured to recognize DST starting in April, and ending in October, but the clock is forced to the correct time every time they reboot, and that's fine by me.

The router configured itself, since the latest firmware had the new dates fixed. All our phone providers made the switch. The main FAX machine and the backup MFP were probably the most time-consuming clocks to alter, taking a whopping 45 seconds.

Frankly, now I'm worried. That was so painless, I'm pretty much expecting something shitty to happen in the next few hours I'm here....

Damn, I forgot to bring a lunch! Well, there you go.
