New Cobwebs
It has been many moons since my last recording.
Much has transpired since then.
Laziness truly is a demon, but I may at least manage what has come during a twelfth of this orbit.
EDIT: meh, forget it. By the time I get working on this entry, it'd be several months late already. This post was meant for April 26, 2009, but you can see how much I put this off. It was supposed to be written in a "The apocalypse is coming!" style, if anyone was interested in what I was going to do with this.
Hong Kong:
As of tradition, family trips leash me into set paths of common tourist spots and much too lengthy periods of shopping. Little chance was there of investigating objects of curiosity. Thankfully, that small window of opportunity allowed me to see enough to make the trip somewhat worthwhile.
Emily the Strange store? Why? isn't it just supposed to be a book?
Water erupted from the middle of the street as a tourist attraction fountain would. Seems like the tourists thought so too.
cake batter and cookie dough ice cream, must have again. Of course unfinished baking products would make great ice cream flavors, why hasn't it occured to me before?
way to the swimming pool consisted of walking all the way to the other side of the connected mall, passing by a swimming secion of a department store, finding the elevator hidden with the changing rooms, going through the lobby of some other partner hotel, then finding the secret door disguised as a wall. Naturally, those who wanted to set aside time for swimming dropped the idea.

Discussion on Dragon Ball abridged led to talk on nasty wounds. Casualty: 1
Earth golem was a block puzzle in disguise as a boss.
Despite the difficulty, that kind of boss fight was fun.
Might as well have stayed in a shower for 5 minutes fully clothed, seeing how soaked everything was when I reached home
Elle got wet. seems to not have any damage from it for now.
Rika's birthday:
2 short rain showers on the way there. Should've waited in KFC when I had the chance.
Rika's candles burned her for forcing them to lie.

Next Day:
Ended up too late, stayed at R2's place
Sweaty shirt, really sweaty
Stopped by the Shinzen Orchestra con.
Nothing spectacular as expected, except for CAPTAIN PLANET!
After mass, ended up going to dinner with cousin and tito.
Went to Rockwell for Kaya, but ended up eating in Zaifu instead.
A fire started when my cousin's tempura came.
tch, should've gotten some tempura and brought the can of coke while evacuating. Just because it was my cousin's order, I hesitated... Never again! If you're not going to eat it anyway, I'm taking it!
Never saw the fire nor smoke, but we heard a lot of glass breaking on the upper floors.
Ended up in Glorietta to eat at Pepper Steak. Good place, will not mind eating there again.
Finally had a bath after 2 days.

Random Discovery Corner!
The installer I had for Adobe Suite is missing the .iso, can't get past the CD request pop up. meh.
It worked without that prompt in the laptop though, but the cause of that will be another random discovery for another day.
