Well, I went for my New Patient Medical, at my doctors surgery today.
I was short sighted enough to be surprised that I have gained weight (cos I have lost between 3 & 4 Kgs according to my scales since moving in)! I`ve put on 3kg`s since I moved to Crewe, but I also found out that my Bathroom scales weigh 3 kgs too heavy. I`m 86Kgs, approximately.
They have also asked me to come back for a Cholestoral test, which involves not only eating nothing after 7pm the day before (1 hour my lunh break!! arrgh!), but also getting up at about 8am (2 hours after I go to bed), to be at the surgery for 9am.
I`ve been told to eat some fruit and veg, and to have 5x20 minute brisk walks a week, to help me get in shape.
I`m a naughty boy, me.
