so yeaah i need to get in shape
not like im fat or anything
its just annoying that i cant for more than like 5 minutes without being out of breath
theres two ways i could do this
the unfun way i.e. running straight up
or the fun way i.e. playing ultimate frisbee or something to that extent
i also want to get back into soccer
watching the world cup made me realize how much i love it
i miss the days where i didnt have to work out or do anything but go to school
and then after school id get my exercise by playing baseball, soccer, or basketball for the school
obviously id have to take steps in those directions seeing as i havent done any of those in a while
i hate being fascinated by so many things
it steers me in one way and then in another so quickly
