Doooom...
My mobile battery has unexpectedly died *sheds small tear in memory of battery's immortal soul*. Alas, for the battery is discontinued, and can only be obtained via ebay, which means in my case, not at all (lacking a credit card as I do). So, doom.
In other news, my parents and I have recently apprehended two possums living in our roofspace and released them into the wild (well... Hays Paddock is kind of the wild). They were awfully cute but equally awfully smelly. And large. Clearly they had been thriving on a healthy diet of cobwebs and ceiling insulation.
In still other news, one of our many dogs, Ogre, has developed acute separation anxiety (or so he would have us think), to the extent that he digs out under the fence and runs away whenever we are all absent (or asleep... or in another room... or even just looking the other way). Myself, I think he is simply willful and evil, and the only way to learn him is to let him get run over. Then perhaps his expiring thought will be one of self-disgust at his foolishness, which has caused us a great deal of worry and stress, as you can imagine. *sigh* One can only dream...
