It is Temeraire! (I need to read those books already haha I have probably got a bunch of things wrong) AS A SUPER HERO because over daisychainrpgwards he has asked to join the Young Avengers. He and Billy are friends. :D
temeraire is quite a bit bigger than this but

SOMEWHAT RELATEDLY I GUESS Daisychain really needs more super heroes
especially super heroes who are not teenagers because all of the super heroes we have so far are teenagers and we have reserves on two more teenage super heroes right now
of course that said more teenage super heroes is really never a problem
but you know.
