Passover Holiday that was (part 1 / 2)

May 10, 2009 18:47

Passover came and went so fast and then we were just busy with life, so I didn't get to post about, but some saw my photos on Facebook and I also sent you an email detailing what we were up to. So let's recapture that in photos.
Seder Night was just my small family, minus one brother who lives in the UK, so it included...DH, DS, DD, my Father, Bro P and Bro A.

We took the kids out 3 times.
Apollonia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arsuf) It's an old crusador fortress...I must say Israel has come a long way, they had signs up explaining stuff...shade set up from the scortching typical passover heat wave and murchedising, which mean ppl put on a show, dressed up as pirates. They were teaching the kids how to "sword fight" with sticks, they had a story teller...it was interesting, if slightly over crowded.

DS tried to rebuild the walls. He has a passion for rocks, he tends to pick them up and tells me to put them in my hand bag. Doh! same goes for sticks. Such a boy.
