127 Hours

This movie is INCREDIBLE.
I finally got to see it today. And I finished watching it right now.
HANDS DOWN to Danny Boyle for his amazing skill in making an amazing real story into even more clarity as a film.
And Aron Ralston is one incredibly courageous man. I'm really glad he made it out alive.

The music in this movie is incredible. It's subtle at times but when the editing and flashback scenes come together, it just goes together like missing puzzles.

Here's a track from the 127 Hours OST, called "R.I.P" by A.R.Rahman

Spoilers...
- I was close to tears at the bit where he recalls all his touching moments in life, even the sad ones with his girlfriend in a epic compilation scene. In this bit, he says something along the lines of, "This rock has been waiting for me... my entire life." I can't even form complete sentences to express the feelings I felt when I saw this.

- I cried at the bit where Aaron sees a premonition/dream of a possible future where he has a little son. His son is looking right back at him from across the walls. And Aaron's watching while he's playing with his son.

- The scene where he's cutting off a part of his arm is a little hard to watch, but it was brilliantly edited and the music... acting. Everything was AMAZING.

- And the ending, where he's finally free... It's beautiful. So BEAUTIFUL.
