Burned a hundred calories on the stepper. That leaves me with forty left to deal with. i will NOT be eating anything else today, and if i do, it will be a piece of diet bread (40 calories), or five unsalted fat-free crackers (60 calories) - actually, i won't eat five, maybe three. i need to drink some water though, my mouth feels like a cottonball.
