It's nice not to have the post cruise let down of returning to work right away. I have been so busy with little Czar that I haven't even had time to get on line and read what everyone is gushing about. The cruise was absolutely fantastic!! I have been on a lot of cruises, but that was the best one hands down! Great entertainment, great friends, and just lots of fun.
I picked up Czar on Saturday and boy is he a handful. I had forgotten how strong the will of a Siberian puppy can be. Hopefully I can get him in line a bit this week. When we picked him up, he and his sister played for a while and I took some pictures. They are so cute.
If the breeders weren't keeping her themselves, I would have been temped to buy her too. They are keeping her to be prepped for show. It would be really cool to see her at a show sometime. She said she would keep me posted.
He is so much fun and such a pain in the ass at the same time. he is into everything. The potty traing is going great, but the crate, not so much. He can whine and cry for hours on end. He better get used to it because I go back to work on Monday.
So when I brought him home I took him straight out to the yard to pee and he immediately took a flying leap into the fish pond.
O.K., so we didn't get the temporary fencing up soon enough. (My brother actually told me that he would take care of it while I was on the cruise, but that obvoiusly didn't happen.) It's up now and he just stares longingly at the water trying to find a way to get to it. It will be a long road to shape him into a nice respectful dog, but I'll enjoy the goofy puppy while he's still small.
