Our new addition
I have been looking for a while to get a foster from the Siberian Husky Rescue. I think we may have found the perfect match for Czar.
Her name is Tinkerbell (the original Foster named her, we are still deciding if we will rename her or just shorten it to Belle or Tink)
She is a 2 yr old White Siberian and she is an absolute sweetheart. We picked her up Saturday from Tampa. She and Czar hit it off right away and I was worried about them in the car on the way home, but they were great and she kept giving Czar kisses...it was so cute. They got into a bit of a scuffle Saturday afternoon and I didn't get them separated quickly enough and they both got tagged. You can kinda see hers in the photos above. Czar got a small laceration on his lower eye lid and it didn't look too bad until sunday morning when it was getting infected, so we had to pay a visit to the Emergency Vet...joy! At least I have Pet insurance and will get some of it back. He has to wear a cone to keep him from scratching it and he was not too happy about it. He seems a little less annoyed today.
They are starting to get used to each other and have played really well today with very little growling. I'm glad it is working out and when we are sure all will be okay I will send in the Adoption papers and she will be all ours. I think they will work things out and be great friends. They both are currently crashed out after tearing through the house and wrestling for about a half hour.
