You know you spend too much time in Facebook when:
1) You completely neglect your LJ, to the point on not leaving a Year's End message (as you have done every year since you appeared here); and
2) You look for "Me Gusta" (I like it) button for your LJ friends' entries. No, I am not kidding.
Omy...
Even so, in some part of my brain LJ still exist: I keep saving articles I find to comment here, even when I do not comment them.
For example, this one, from BussinessWeek:
Air France Pickpocket Strikes at 35,000 Feet.
Five Air France business-class passengers traveling from Tokyo to Paris reported they had their pockets picked while sleeping on the overnight flight, the airline said.
Air France reported the incident to French border police, who were waiting for the Boeing (BA) 777 upon arrival yesterday morning at Charles de Gaulle airport, an official for the airline said today. Nobody was immediately apprehended in connection with the theft, according to the Paris-based company.
A passenger raised the alarm after she discovered about 3,000 euros ($4,300) in cash were missing from her handbag, according to Le Figaro newspaper. The five passengers say they were robbed of a total of 4,000 euros, and police spent half an hour on the plane questioning the victims before releasing the passengers and crew, the newspaper reported.
While Air France is responsible for the loss of any baggage in the hold, the passengers themselves must protect money and other valuables they take onto the plane, the official said.
(...)Border police at Charles de Gaulle airport didn't immediately return calls seeking further information.
I wonder if they have returned the calls already. I mean, the money dissapeared January 5... 2010.
Yep, I have waited a whole year to post it. No regrets? Well... I think not: I mean, I picked this article from the tons of articles I have saved, and curiously, it reports something that happened a year ago. I love this kind of casualities.
Hmmm... maybe I should do that: to clean my bookmarks list and post here. Two birds, one stone. Not a bad idea: better than the "Writer's Block". They keep asking such silly questions... :D
