Gee, it's a pain, we have to stick to foreign politics, all my ideas are for domestic politics...
We can't order them to make war with some silly little country, they do that anyway!

Sounds like a lot of fun!
(Except we're the oppressed ones, but well, they also liberated Chile from Allende to give them Pinochet, so really, it doesn't matter).
