Tutorial
Use this base 
1) Duplicate the base >> Set layer at Screen 100%
2) Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Selective Coloring
Red:
C: -100
M: 0
Y: +100
B: 0
Yellow:
Y: +56
3) Take this texture and set it at Multiply 100%
Then write text and choose #f8dbba color for text. Duplicat text layer. First one set at Soft light 100%, second one (above first text layer) set at Overlay 100%.
Result:
I always improvise, so i don't remember how exactly i done that, but it's close to original icon. I didn't catch which color i use for text, but it was near to color i used this time.
