Still don't have much to say
There's just so much I wish I knew. We're getting things ready for the funeral and there's so much. I don't know what her favorite hymn was... I don't know what her favorite flower was. I can't remember the last time I spoke to her on the phone. We texted the day after my birthday but that was it. She sent me a picture of her sweet baby girl.
All this is reminding me how important telling people things is. If there's someone in your life that you love, but you haven't said it lately, do it. Call them and tell them, even if you don't like them very much. It's only been the past few years that Shannon and I got along at all, let alone liked each other. So remember, whatever stupid petty things are keeping you from saying it, they aren't worth it.
