Déjà Vu
Wouldn't it be awesome if McDonald's delivered? I think it would be.
My brother and I are going to buy a McDonald's and do just that.
We had McDonald's for dinner tonight. Again. It's really bad that it's so easy to get there from here (here = NC State).
Anyway, today was full of hardcore bumming-around-ness. Except in the morning. Kate and I went to the barn early to clean stalls and stuff (because that's exactly what we want to be doing at 9 o'clock on a Sunday morning) but she and Lora didn't ride because it was snowing. Snowing hardcore. Which for North Carolina is like... five or six flakes.
It was really more than that, and since it was crazy cold (and some of the horses were freaking out... i.e. Arabelle) we just went back to State.
And I really don't mind cleaning stalls that much. I just complain when I have nothing better to do.
There's a commercial for Serenity™ adult diapers on TV right now and to be honest it's scaring me.
I hope I never get that old. Or at least, if I do, I'll still maintain 100% control of my bladder.
Or 95%. I'd be happy with 95%. That's still an "A".
We're going to be watching a mini-marathon of COPS now. That = four hours of hardcore COPS-ness.
I like to say "hardcore."
Right now Kate's sewing and I'm sitting with her on the couch and we're watching COPS and I should probably clean up the leftover McDonald's on the coffee table and I love her (Kate, that is) very very much.
Tomorrow, we return to Duke.
