Found myself on Esquire after taking some random survey and I couldn't find a "career" link.
So tried to send a message to the Editing Department: "Where can I inquire about a career with Esquire?"
Regrettably there is no submission button:
they could use me already and don't even know, I'm not great at web design but even I could fix that.
