You're welcome! Complaining wouldn't get me very far so I'll just say "things are ok" and leave it at that. lol! ;)

Heh, just OK? What would make things better?

It would take me an hour to flesh out the details, but here's a summary:

[1] Better health
[2] Better job/income
[3] More contentedness

Heh, that sounds like the wish list of everyone I know. What do you mean by better health? Are you ill or do you just wish you had better health in general? And what do you do again? Obviously, a higher income would make things better, but what do you mean by a better job? As for contentedness, what are you looking for that you have not found?

My gosh. I just did a survey of all your most recent posts. I did not realize you were hurting so badly :(. I'm sorry to hear that. How is the prognosis? What do the doctors say?

Well, a lot has happened, both good and not so good.

Focusing on the good, I've been able to work part time since May 2007. I assist a blind vocational rehab teacher get to her client's homes, help clients with tasks they have difficulty doing (either because they don't have adaptive technology or have disabilities in addition to vision impairment). It's been interesting. I've learned a lot. I also figured out I like working in a helping profession.

We'll save the not so good stuff for another day. :)
