Putting it in perspective
The gym called my house around ten regarding the mp3 player I reported missing this morning. This resulted in my mother calling my sister's house, where I was at the time playing Halo with my brother-in-law. It wasn't a good time because the phone call woke up my baby niece and therefore caused my sister to be a bit snipy at me, even going far as suggesting that I "get a cell phone", even though she knows I don't want one again. Eh. That's my sister for ya.
Well, anyway, I'm very relieved about the whole thing. I was trying to find the same mp3 on amazon, and it seems it's a model that's going out of style/stock and there were only two listed on ebay. Not sure if I still want to bid on them, because the price so far was pretty cheap. It might even go less than forty bucks, and to have a duplicate mp3 player might be worth it. We'll see if I go for it.
Thank you to whoever found it, returned it, and thank the powers that be for graciously letting me have it again. I guess I need to do a good deed tomorrow. I might donate a bit more money to red cross because yeah,my situation = not that big of a deal.
