I'm trying to murder everything movin'

I have so many feelings right now, but I'm going to save myself embaressment from exposing myself via internerd, so here is where I'll briefly update you on my Thanksgiving.

As you know I went to Miami for vacation from Monday night to Friday afternoon. It was okay. It was nice to have a change in my monotonous life, but I much rather that break come at a different time...like NOT during a holiday. It's true what they say about being home for the holidays. I have no idea who "they" are.
The beach was pretty rad. Our hotel rooms had ocean front view. It was wonderful to open the curtains to a clear and sunny day, with the sun reflecting off the ocean...which was bluish-green, might I add. I'm not used to seeing the ocean like that because well...New Jersey is pretty nasty. haha! Also, my dad and I found over a dozen of shells...not like clams...but real fancy lookin' ones. I think being at the ocean on Thanksgiving really made me reflect and just take in God's awesomeness. I was very thankful to have experienced that, and just appreciate God's creation...the weather, the sand, the water, the fish, the shells...everything.

I have a lot of pictures which I already downloaded on my computer. When I upload them I'll post. There are a couple on my myspace, nothing spectacular though.
I ate at the Cracker Barrel on Thanksgiving. Pretty classy, huh? It was yucky. I like the Cracker Barrel, their breakfasts are phenomonal, but honestly, it's not the first place I would race to to eat any type of holiday meal. Nothing beats home cookin'. NOTHING!

Karen had a nice get together Friday night considering it was her 21st. I missed some people though...not mentioning names, you know who you are! *coughcough* I like it when all of my high school friends actually make a point to get together. It's fun. I think we should do something again Christmas break when we have more time. What do you think? I think yes.

Saturday night Dane was so gracious to invite me to his house for a 2nd Thanksgiving meal. His mom made reutabagers(sp?)!! mmmm I was happy to have a home cooked meal that time around! :)
Then we played a mean game of Tribond! Yes!

I think that's about it. I am kind of looking forward to school. Actually I'm not, I want just one more day off and then I'll be 100% content.
