SO. The Angel Sanctuary english translation from ViZ. I'm reasonably satisfied with it. It does some things better than the translations I've read, more things worse. I prefer the scanslations for word choice and THE SPANISH INQUISITION but they aren't horrible and sometimes easier to understand

I just want to know if the final volume is accurate since it's practically unrecognizable from the scanlations.

WAIT the translations are done? I've been wanting to read the last couple of volumes, because uh. yeah. THE ENDING IS KIND OF CONFUSING. am I dead or not but my bookstore only had to up to volume ten >\

Yeah Viz just released the last volume late last month. I was mostly excited to read the translations for Yuki's final author's notes since they answer why she did the ending the way she did (apparently she originally wanted something much more depressing), what was actually up with Kira and what really happened to Katou.

I can see why you'd want scans from those first volumes since the scanlations are not pretty. Honestly, my first three or four volumes are falling apart so it is a very good thing I have volumes 1 through 11 in raw form. Even though I lack scanner. -_- At the next con I might just pick up the rest of the raws since they're cheap.

Lesse. She said Kira's not coming back; big surprise there. She said Katou went to Heaven; don't even ask her logic escapes me. She's also going on about something dealing with reincarnation since obviously that's her thing. She also thinks Sara and Setsuna are going to be A-OK living on their own as 15-16 year old kids. With you know NO MONEY. Kay...

So pretty much, as special as Yuki always is. ^^;;
