So I'm living at Rutgers in Piscataway, NJ. I live on the blackest floor, on the blackest campus in history. Nothing wrong with that most of the time, but right now, I'm pretty annoyed. I'm sitting here trying to study and this guy is blasting his music... I can hear it with the door shut clearly...
