8. What's your favorite genre to write? To read?
That's a toughie. I like a lot of genres, both in original fiction and fan fiction. In fan fiction I tend to prefer slash or femslash, though I'll read and love the occasional het. It's pretty much the same in what I write. In fan fic I also love to read fics where the women are awesome, and I like to write the same. I enjoy plotty things, things that make me laugh, horror-style fics, and sometimes AUs. I'd love to be able to write AUs, but they're too difficult for me, even in fandoms I've been a part of and have been writing in for years. Otherwise I tend to write (or try to write) a lot of what I like to read.
In original fiction, I like urban fantasy, regular fantasy stories, science fiction, and mysteries. I tend to think I write along those lines, too.
