Costume Conundrum
Trying to figure out how to make a harness rig that with bear the weight of a shell made out of paper mache/wire and a quite a few metres worth of fabric. I'm trying to avoid using metal in the frame as it would probably be too heavy, and I don't have the tools to work metal.
I'm thinking I might raid the PVC pipe section of Bunnings and Meccano my self up a rig, and sew it into a basic synthetic fabric harness that I can easily clip on and off.

I have no issue with making the head, hands, and decorative costume itself, but when it comes to engineering something that can bear weight, I kind of fail. Will need to look into this pronto.
