OOM: A question...

Billy settled into a booth and watched the Bar go by. He was bouncy and ordered breakfast for himself as he waited for Cassie to show up.

It was a good morning, and he couldnt wait to see her.

He watched the bar and just hummed to himself.

(millitimed to the morning of the 4th of October.)

Cassie came up, kind of behind him and pounced at him and kissssed him happily.

She pulled back a little, grinning and her eyes twinkling.

"Misssed you."

He gladly kissed her back and snuggled her.

"Hello, you. I missed you too!"

He smiles as he makes room for her to sit with him and waves for a wait rat so she can order. Even as he does, his own breakfast platter comes.

She settles next to him happily and orders a light-ish breakfast from the wait-rat before turning back to Billy.

"Yay togetherness."

He grins and his happiness flows along their bond.

"Love you."

He grins, then starts to eat.

She smiles and settles against him gently - without impairing his eating process.

"Love you."

Happiness and contentment at being with him again bubbles all over everywhere.

He smiles, snuggling with her and in between bites, he speaks.

He eyes her as he smiles softly.

"I have been thinking a lot and I have a question to ask."

His face is very serious as he looks at her.

"mmm? What's that?"

She moves reluctantly as the wait-rat comes back with her food.

He grins.

"I love you and... I want to be with you, all the time... and I know I can trust us."

He nods.

"Would you move in with me?"

His eyes are bright as he smiles at her. He is absolutely sure of this.

She blinks and eats a bite or three of food.

It's..not something she's thought about. Not really..not here, at least. Of course even on Earth she'd have the dorm. But..she's pretty much staying there almost every night anyway. And really the only reason she stays downstairs at all is for Mom and Sam's sake. Which..what are they going to think?
..does that even matter anymore?
And being away from Billy is...well torture might be a bit strong but...it just feels like everything important isn't where she is. Shouldn't that trump Mom and Sam? They might not think so.

But..well. They did say they trusted her. And being less separated from Billy is.. of the good.

"I think. Maybe. That would be very good. Yes." She smiles shyly and nods.

He bites his lip and smiles, then kisses her.

"I want you to take the time and be sure... but, I am glad that is your answer."

He hugs her and eats a little before speaking.

"I dont want you to do anything you would regret."

"I am not hesitant about you. I want to be with you and.. I hate when we're apart.

My only concern is that Mom and Sam will freak..
And..I'm not positive that's important..
But it might be a little important."
She looks thoughtful.

He nods.

"Well, maybe instead of deciding now, you could talk to them about it, see how they feel? I dont want to cause a problem, you know?"

he smiles shyly.

"I just know I love being with you."

She smiles and kisses him softly.

"You're never a problem.

I love you and being with you and.."

She kisses him again.

"Don't worry."

He snuggles her and returns her kisses, glowing and almost bouncing.

"Yay!"

He is happy and content.

She giggles, snuggles and kisses him.

"Yay!"

He snuggles her and eats and just grins a lot!
