Background:
Brendan was a kid from Johto, now moved into Littleroot Town in the Hoenn region. At first he was unsure of what he should do in the future after he moved into his new home (yet he tries to hide it from his mother by acting a little cool and careless.) But around the time after he saved Prof. Birch from an aggravated Poochyena, he decided to follow his father's footsteps, and become a Pokemon Trainer instead.
...but he'd never really expected to become the Champion for the whole Hoenn League.
He had faced many challenges, from Gym battles, to defeating villainous organizations... and with this, he and his Pokemon had gained experience through them.

Personality:
A kid with the knack to take risks. He's quite the daredevil, and loves to seek any thrill or adventure any day, anytime. He can act cool and sometimes cold at anyone. But other than that, this kid's got a good heart, and sees his Pokemon as his closest friends. He'd take the risk of protecting them, since he's got a pretty strong bond with them.
Sometimes, Brendan has this tendency to quietly walk up behind some random person, and then greet them later on, making that said person surprised. AKA HE'S A NINJA
