What came first, the nose bleed or the headache?
Ow, my head hurts, ew my nose has bled.
yep im still really stressed as sally put it, i can handle a big laydle of stress but there a four pots and i must have a laydle of each. hence my head aches and nose bleeds. i last had them when i was coming out, that was a very stressful time. and theyre back. oh well not much i can do. (considers the quittage of smoking and drinking of alcohal and fizzy drinks, as well as having a more structured sleeping pattern, but then is distracted by the fact his nose is bleeding again).
went to tgis for my friend from work, rachel's, birthday. was fun to begin with, then i dropped her camera and her brother shouted at me for it. then the tgi people gave the cake we brought with us to another table and i just wanted to go.
went to surbiton today that was nice.
gonna go see sarah now, i dont feel to good, pyhsicly or mentally.
