I can breathe again!
I have to say that between Tuesday and Thursday, I didn't breathe. I had my driving permit test Wednesday, which I did very well on thank goodness. I've got to work my butt off this summer to practice driving so I can get my actual license by August. I feel a little embarrassed that I'm 21 and still haven't gotten my license (most people have their full license by 18), but for someone who is terrified of driving, I consider passing the tests Wednesday a big accomplishment. Next mission: not running over any dogs, people...stores. ;)
Thursday was my job interview...my first EVER. It was beyond intimidating to have three people sitting at this table just staring at you...waiting for you to succeed or fail. Of course they ask the usual questions like "tell me about yourself" and "what are your strengths/weaknesses?" I never know exactly how to answer, and I stuttered a few times. I ended on a high note however by showing them some of my work from other jobs. They seemed really impressed with it. I got the tour, which people tell me is a good sign. I'll know in about a week whether I got the job. I don't really want to get into what the position is until I get offered it. Everyone pray for me - I am one broke cookie.
I don't know if anyone else cares, but my patience is quickly dying when it comes to the new Coldplay album. 4 days...4 days!
