self-control? ha!
I'm not sure why, but I've never really looked around Ebay until yesterday. In a 24 hour period I've managed to collect links to about ten things I want, especially this black Gucci handbag. *dies* I must have it! It is truly dangerous for me to have access to a credit card. I've promised myself not to bid on it if it goes above $20-$25, and it's already at around $10. Yeah, I don't like my chances either.
Another thing I'm having trouble resisting is good food (read: heart attack on a plate). For over a year I've worked hard to watch what I eat and only treat myself once or twice a week. Since I've moved that plan has totally gone out the window. Part of the problem is that I love cooking, and most of the dishes I make aren't exactly figure-friendly. I make a lot of low-fat desserts though. The other issue is that now that I'm back in my hometown, I have access to so many restaurants. Before I moved, there was only two places I would consider eating at. Now I'm back where there is all this Mexican, Chinese, pizza, southern food...it's a conspiracy against my waistline. I must do better!!*
*Note: I say this while I currently have a pizza in the oven that I made from scratch.
