Ran 8:51 for 3200 and won the Arcadia invite 3200m race. I was pretty happy with the way the race unfolded. Ran pretty much perfect splits(lap 6 was a 69 flat though grrr). Felt pretty good except for after the race and still to this point i have huge freaking blisters on my feet. Thanks to all that showed up... i appreciate it very much!
