8. Video/Voice; Change is in the Cards
Rin's communications device, as City communication devices are wont to do, switches on randomly as it is dropped to the ground. The camera shows a side view of the Square, where there appears to be some disturbance as people are pushing to either get away from or get a look at... something.

The commotion clears, and the device is picked up.

Rin clears her throat and turns the device over in her hands so that she appears on the video as she continues her outer monologue:
