Oh, such gorgeous cards! I love the Japanese one and those candles are very charming. I love mail day, don't you? When I receive something from far away friends or just something I have bought my whole day brightens.

Same here, Angelica! I've been loving mail days since my childhood, always wating for mail to arrive... Some periods were rich with correspondents, some were not -- but the magic of post box is always with me :)

I hope next year we will exchange cards, etc -- you and me! :)

Exactly! I just wrote a letter to a friend from another state and last Friday I received a huge box full of great books I was waiting since November! End of the year holydays always make things slower than usual around here. But it was good all the anticipation and when mailman arrived I received the package with this huge smile.

I hope too! I already found some good books teaching haiku in English (in Portuguese there is none). ;-)

Oh, the excitement of anticipation! :))) I can imagien your joy when you received the box of books! I am also waiting for few more cards/letters now, because of the holiday slowliness....

There should be some haiku books in Portuguese, because there are haijins in Portugal, and in Brazil :) Wait a little, and I will find those books and some web sites, and send you the info. I am so glad that you are interested in haiku, you can tell! :)

But anyway -- what books have you found?
