Pocky Comes To The Neighborhood
I usually have to get my Asian treat fix when I go to the meetings of the Philadelphia Animation Society. There's a big Asian convenience store across Walnut Street from the Holiday Inn where the meeting is held. They also have a buffet if you want something a bit more substantial. Very appropriate for an anime gathering.
Well, now I can get it anytime. A new produce shop near here carries Pocky, Hello Panda, and other Japanese and Asian treats. Didn't see any Lioness candy. It's just a few hundred feet from the same family's "Dollar Store" where I snagged some Doraemon stuff. Gives me something to do when I go to the laundromat.
Pretty kewl as long as it lasts.
