That lentil concoction I make, the stuff I call soup? It's garbage. I'm reminded of this everytime I go to one of the many Middle Eastern restaurants that are walking distance from my apartment.
Its not that bad but I do prefer the Arab-Mediterranean version.
I'm drunk on Lebanese food and Moroccan tea right now. My dinner was so perfect that all I can do is lay here in bed. Probably for the best since I have to get up at 4:30 tomorrow morning.
