I'm obsessed with this Robyn video. I can't believe I'm admitting this, I might have lost some brain cells last week. In any case, I like it because it reminds me of when I was a kid. My babysitters homes were always furnished by those stores in the hood where you can get a 3 piece furniture set for $200. Fake antique gilded mirrors from China. Giant hologram pictures of the Virgin Mary. Glass tables that are held up by giant cougars and gold tone lamps with giant flower shaped lanterns, and those color changing lamps with all the plastic things coming out that looked like a huge electric porcupine? Either you know what I'm talking about or you're too ashamed to admit that you've slept on a plastic covered couch but in any case, the bed she's on reminds me of one that my Aunt Julie had, with the built in table and all. Fuck Ikea.
It also reminds me of that Madonna video for Open Your Heart with all the grey and black colors, actually the song reminds me of it too. And I like what she's wearing.
