"Emotionally Intelligent Women Have Better Sex"
"Women with 'emotional intelligence' - the ability to express their feelings and read those of others - have better sex lives, research shows. Those most in touch with their feelings have twice as many orgasms as inhibited sorts, the study found. The finding could lead to new ways of counseling the 40 per cent of women who find it difficult or impossible to enjoy sex fully."
Most often, when women say they can't have orgasms, people label them as having a physical problem, or blame it on their partners. It is wonderful that people are now realizing that if they become more in touch with their feelings and desires, they can experience greater enjoyment in many areas of their lives (including sex).
But this article did a pretty horrible job at getting this point across. What's with the title of the article??: "Bad luck bimbos: Intelligent women have better sex, study reveals!" (Implying that sexually promiscuous women aren't in touch with their feelings, and that emotional intelligence is the same as mental intelligence)... And then there's a picture of a sexy woman with glasses, with the caption that reads: "Women with BRAINS have more fun in bed!" (again, WHAT does this have to do with emotional intelligence??)
